The DHR is a member of the senior management team, partnering with the CEO and working closely with senior management in developing and implementing a forward-thinking, data-driven HR strategy that will foster a culture of employee engagement across the organization while assuring alignment with CCA’s strategic priorities and objectives. Responsibilities also include overseeing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of CCAs human resource functions, including CCA’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), talent recruitment and retention, benefits administration, performance management, employee engagement and labor relations, as well as rewards and compensation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Five plus years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a non-profit setting.
  • HR certification (SHRM, SCP, PHR, SPHR), a plus.

Skills and Experience:

  • Capable and practiced in developing human resources policies, procedures and systems.
  • A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective and persuasive presentation skills on controversial or complex topics.
  • Excellent management/supervisory skills.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Designation: Full-time, Exempt

Benefits: Paid Holidays, PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, Life/ADD, Short and Long-term disability, 401k with employer matching.

Starting Salary:  $85k – $95,000k annually
