  •  Researches, writes and develops supporting marketing materials and 
    presents recommendations to Marketing Manager or internal committee.
  • Reviews literature pertaining to the current marketing project and previous 
    marketing materials used in the assignment area.
  • Acts as a point of contact for questions on department communications 
    materials.
  • Assists in translating business needs into analysis designs providing insight, 
    knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries.
  • Helps to create reporting to measure success of Marketing programs.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of 
    significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights 
    and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to build engaging enablement and change 
    management plans that encompass awareness, training, collateral, 
    communications, and reinforcement tactics for Small Business, MidMarket/Enterprise/GovEd sales and sales support audiences.
  • This Senior Specialist will be supporting the communication needs of various sales tools including but not limited to Orion, Salesforce, Salesloft, LiveSocial, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 
  • Creates, reviews and edits communications to ensure content 
    meets/exceeds established standards and guidelines before publication.
  • Maintains existing communications and documentation to ensure accuracy 
    and relevance.
  • Forge, maintain and cultivate strong relationships across partner teams to 
    ensure closed loop feedback on projects and programs.
  • Innovate, explore, and test various methods regarding content delivery 
    effectiveness, engagement, end-user experience, and confirmation of 
    learning.
  • Participates in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and 
    business performance.
  • Create and report out on measures of success on communications and 
    initiatives.
  • Manages Marketing expenses to ensure that they are within budget 
    parameters.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $73,627.75 – $110,441.63
