Communications Associate

The foundation seeks a mission-focused and metrics-minded Communications Associate to manage internal and external communications, support the programs team with research and evaluation of communications-related investments, and assist the donor resources team with stakeholder communications and event programming. This position serves as the voice of the foundation, crafting content for the foundation’s online properties, informing donors and partners of key developments, drafting remarks for foundation leadership, and developing the foundation’s annual report and other collateral. With a creative eye, impeccable writing skills, and flawless attention to detail, the Communications Associate is responsible for communicating the vision and impact of the foundation. This position reports to the Senior Communications Officer.

Community Organizer

The Making Olathe Better Resident Team, known as “The MOB,” under the fiscal sponsorship of Colorado Nonprofit Development Center (CNDC), seeks an individual who is committed to the Olathe area and will help implement the community’s Health Equity Plan for improving Olathe’s social and economic conditions. The Community Organizer will work with the Resident Team, the Community Coordinator, the Leadership Team and the Community Partner in order to be successful in this work. The Community Organizer will balance the diverse needs and opinions of the Resident Team and community members. This individual will report directly to the Community Coordinator and will be an employee of the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center and will adhere to CNDC’s policies and procedures.
