News Director

This senior leader will provide strategic direction for a team that has quadrupled in the past ten years to a staff of 27. Building on CPR’s current news plan, the News Director will develop the long-term strategies, tactics, resources, budget – and especially the people – to grow CPR News into the state’s most trusted news source.

Director of Public Relations

The Director of Public Relations works as part of the Marketing and Communications team with strategic direction from the FRCC President and supervision from the Director of Marketing. Directs college communication and sets the direction for the writing and internal communication for the college. Ensures that the communication strategy both internally and externally is consistent and reflects the college’s strategic vision and promotes the FRCC brand. Develops and implements creative ways to promote FRCC.

Human Resources Project Manager

Performs a variety of project implementation tasks, employee orientations, and administrative tasks in support of the Human Resources Department. Employee has independence of action in the disposition of routine work matters, in receiving complaints, giving information and public relations work. Manager makes an occasional review of work methods or results and gives general instructions on specific assignments. Shares evaluation responsibilities with other members of leadership team.

Coordinator of Student Communication and Social Media

Reporting to the AVP Enrollment Management and Student Success (EMSS), the Coordinator of Student Communication and Social Media ensures consistent messaging and tone of voice in college communications to students. With oversight of all college-wide outbound electronic student communications sent through FRCC’s mass communications systems, the, including Recruit, Connect-Ed and Trumpia communication. The Coordinator ensures messages are not duplicated, are consistent, and have necessary approvals before being sent. The Coordinator consults with Student Affairs departments to develop messaging and acts as a liaison between these departments and the FRCC Communications Team. Together, these stakeholders determine which communication methods are most appropriate for each message and coordinates with final decisions and approval made by the College-wide Communications Team.
