After that, you’ll continue building out a fundraising program that reflects the boldness and energy of the young people we serve.

What You’ll Do

In the first 6 months, you’ll focus on:

  • Managing PeaceJam’s Holiday & End-of-Year Giving Campaign, including Giving Tuesday and Colorado Gives Day

  • Helping prep and pitch our 2026 programming to a key corporate donor
  • Launching our 30th Anniversary Campaign, working with staff and board to share campaign assets and messaging
  • Supporting events in Liberia, South Africa, and online – potentially traveling to help with donor and speaker care

And beyond February 2026, you’ll:

  • Lead PeaceJam’s long-term fundraising strategy across individuals, foundations, and corporate partners
  • Build and manage a donor stewardship and segmentation system
  • Work with our comms team to amplify impact stories and engage supporters across platforms
  • Support the growth of a culture of philanthropy across our board, alumni, and global partners
  • Help shape the future of PeaceJam’s legacy and sustainability

  • You have a track record of raising significant gifts and managing donor pipelines
  • You enjoy working collaboratively with boards, staff, and global partners
  • You’re passionate about equity, peace, and youth power – and you're excited to work with a team of changemakers across the world

  • Experience with international programs or peace education
  • Familiarity with digital giving platforms and donor CRMs
