Free Speech TV (FSTV) is seeking a dedicated and relationship-driven Foundations & Corporate Giving Lead to coordinate mission-aligned strategies for revenue growth across both foundation and corporate funding channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Establishing cohesive strategies for the organization's growing underwriting, sponsorship, and foundation programs in tandem with the Executive and Development directors.
- Managing the organization’s underwriting, sponsorship, and foundation portfolios to grow, retain, cultivate, and steward existing relationships, ensuring lasting relationships and continued support.
- Identifying new and prospective opportunities for foundation funding.
- Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for underwriting and sponsorship sales and partnerships.
- Working with the Executive Director to support writing and submission of grant proposals and reports.
- Systematizing and maintaining accurate and current documentation for the underwriting, sponsorship, and foundation programs.
Occasional travel may be required. This list is not all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned. The choice of duties and responsibilities is at the discretion of the employer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of 4 years education and/or experience with relationship building, foundation cultivation, sales, partnership development, and/or other related skills.
- Skilled at coordinating projects and teams to meet goals and deadlines.

Location
This is a hybrid remote/in-person position. At this time, this position is expected to be in office at least 1 day per week at FSTV’s headquarters in Denver, Colorado and remote 4 days per week. Occasional extra office days may be required. Free Speech TV will provide necessary equipment to work from home, but you will need a space to work remotely 4 days a week. The remote/in-person schedule is subject to change.
Working hours are typically Monday-Friday from 9am – 5pm MT.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $62,720 – $72,755 commensurate with experience. This is a FLSA non-exempt position. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, short-term/long-term disability insurance, generous paid time off, 401k retirement plan.
Additional benefits include nine (9) paid holidays, plus the week between Dec. 26 and Dec. 31; ten (10) to twenty (20) paid days off for employees, based on years served. Free Speech TV also provides paid Sick Leave, Personal Days, Parental Leave, Sabbatical Leave, and a 401k plan.
