Since 2004, the Foundation has brought to life some of the most important programs and research for those affected by Parkinson’s. Our community includes people living with Parkinson’s, Parkinson’s care partners, families, and friends, in addition to physicians and allied health professionals.
POSITION OVERVIEW & PURPOSE
The Corporate Relations Manager is a frontline fundraiser responsible for developing, managing, and growing diverse corporate partnerships. This role leads both prospecting and stewardship, identifying new opportunities, aligning corporate priorities with the Foundation’s mission, and ensuring exceptional partner engagement and activation.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a passion for our mission. This position collaborates closely across the Foundation, including Development, Marketing and Communications, Programs, and Events, to create mission-aligned partnerships that support organizational sustainability and growth. This position is instrumental in helping the Foundation meet and exceed annual corporate revenue goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Partnership Strategy & Pipeline Development
• Collaborate to build and manage a growing pipeline of corporate prospects, including research, outreach, qualification, and cultivation.
• Develop customized partnership proposals that align corporate goals with the Foundation’s mission, programs, and community initiatives.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue goals through strategic acquisition, retention, and expansion of corporate partnerships.
Relationship Management & Stewardship
• Serve as a primary contact for corporate partners, ensuring timely communication, benefit fulfillment, and relationship engagement.
• Create and manage partnership activation plans that drive value for partners and the community.
• Prepare stewardship reports demonstrating impact, outcomes, and shared success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Marketing and Communications to deliver brand-aligned sponsorship visibility and messaging.
• Work with Programs and Events teams to ensure partners are intentionally integrated into relevant initiatives (e.g., Ambassador Program, Pedaling for Parkinson’s, Team DPF, The Victory Summit Leadership Conference, Hispanic Community Engagement, Digital Content).
• Coordinate with Development colleagues on revenue reporting, forecasting, and database accuracy.
Reporting & Data Management
• Maintain accurate CRM records, partner histories, activation details, and revenue forecasting.
• Track KPIs including pipeline movement, retention, renewal, and corporate partner engagement levels.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Solid negotiation experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse audiences
• Proven track record in securing corporate sponsorships and financial support
• Strong project management and attention to detail
• Proficient in use and management of donor database/CRM systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a fast-paced environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development, or related revenue-generating field.
• Demonstrated success cultivating, closing, and renewing corporate partnerships or sponsorships.
• Proficient in fundraising platforms and CRM systems
• Demonstrated success in relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfort working independently as well as collaboratively within a distributed team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 applications.
• Experience with CRM or fundraising databases.
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
• Experience in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and/or Luminate Online
• Experience working in a nonprofit organization, specifically one focused on health, well-being, or a disease state organization

• Approximately 10% travel may be required for meetings, conferences, events, or community engagement activities
