We’re building software and technologies that help real estate professionals maximize the value of their video content—and we’re expanding the way videos flow through the industry, including direct uploads into Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) for wide-scale distribution.

Description

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to support the growth of WellcomeMat’s content ecosystem and help bring our brand, product, and creator community to life. This is an ideal role for an early-career marketer excited about content, social media, and the intersection of technology and real estate video.

What You’ll Do

Content & CMS Management:

  • Help maintain and organize WellcomeMat’s video library and metadata within our CMS.

  • Support the editorial workflow, including adding cue points, chapters, and quality checks.

  • Assist with uploading, tagging, and optimizing video content to improve discoverability and engagement.
     

Social Media & Community Growth:

  • Create and schedule posts across social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

  • Pull performance metrics and identify trends to increase engagement and follower growth.

  • Spotlight creators, partners, and customer success stories across channels.
     

Influencer & Creator Coordination:

  • Identify emerging real estate influencers, videographers, and partners for potential campaigns.

  • Support outreach, briefing, content reviews, and coordination for influencer activations.

  • Help maintain relationships with professional video creators and production companies.
     

Events & Field Marketing

  • Support planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, MLS events, and creator meetups.

  • Coordinate logistics, materials, registrations, and follow-up campaigns.

  • Capture content (short videos, photos, quotes) during events for social and website use.
     

Content Production Support

  • Assist in creating simple educational content such as how-to videos, tutorials, product explainers, and ads (working with internal or external creators).

  • Help maintain an organized asset library across product, marketing, and creator teams.
     

Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with product and engineering to understand how video displays inside the MLS and across partner platforms.

  • Gather user feedback and content insights that help shape future product enhancements.
     

What You Bring

  • A strong interest in digital marketing, social media, real estate, or video content.

  • Basic experience with social platforms, CMS systems, or content scheduling tools.

  • Comfort working with creators, influencers, or production partners.

  • Curiosity about analytics—willingness to learn how to track KPIs like engagement and view-through.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment.

  • A collaborative mindset; kind, communicative, and outcome-oriented.
     

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

  • Some experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva).

  • Exposure to event coordination or digital campaign management.

  • A genuine enthusiasm for real estate, neighborhood discovery, or visual storytelling."
