Description
You’ll use HubSpot, GA4, and other digital tools to translate behavior into strategy: improving the donor and volunteer journey, tightening segmentation, building smarter automations, and continuously testing what works. You’ll bring a strong mix of technical skills and creative problem-solving, with the freedom to make meaningful improvements that people actually feel when they click, read, sign up, or give.

Essential Responsibilities
Website, UX, and Digital Infrastructure

Manage the organization’s website including content updates, page design, and functionality

Build new web pages and features to support campaigns and organizational initiatives

Conduct UX research, wireframing, and user flow improvements
-
Oversee accessibility compliance across digital platforms
-
Optimize forms including donation and volunteer pages
-
Manage technical components including domain renewal, SSL certificates, and platform health
Digital Advertising, Email, and Channel Support
-
Assist in planning and managing paid and unpaid digital ads including Google Ads and social media advertising

Support creative development and performance tracking for all digital campaigns
-
Monitor email performance in HubSpot and support list growth, segmentation, and engagement strategies

Coordinate advertising across print, radio, TV, and digital, and track ROI

Implement inbound marketing and lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot
Analytics, Insights, and Marketing Operations

Generate performance reports and recommendations across digital channels
-
Lead A/B testing, automation, tagging, and optimization using HubSpot and GA4

Manage analytics tools including GA4, Tag Manager, and HubSpot tracking

Support attribution modeling, funnel reporting, and forecasting

Maintain integrations between HubSpot, the donor database, and other marketing systems

Support data hygiene, segmentation, and lifecycle mapping
Cross-Department Collaboration

Ensure alignment of messaging and strategy across digital ads, email, social, web, and print

Work with Philanthropy to support donor and volunteer acquisition through digital strategies

Maintain accurate, timely public facing information on the website

Support dashboard reporting for leadership and the Board

Collaborate with the Database Manager to maintain healthy segments and suppression list
Organizational Responsibilities (Shared Across All Marketing Roles)

Uphold consistent, warm, inclusive, and brand aligned digital communications

Support maintenance of the integrated marketing calendar

Ensure accuracy and accessibility of all digital content

Represent Community Food Share at events or engagements as needed

Stay current with digital marketing best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging tools

Travel

Travel locally in service area may be required, as well as occasional overnight travel for events and conferences.

Education and Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, analytics, or website management.

Strong working proficiency with HubSpot, including email marketing, segmentation, automation, and reporting.

Experience managing websites using WordPress or a similar CMS, with working knowledge of SEO, UX, and accessibility standards.

Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads and paid social), including campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting.

Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs) and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
-
Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and ongoing performance improvement.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and data clearly.
-
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and accessible digital practices.

Valid Colorado Driver’s License and evidence of insurability.
Preferred

Experience in nonprofit or mission driven organizations.

Experience integrating CRMs or fundraising databases with marketing systems.

UX research or wireframing experience.

Spanish language proficiency.

Physical Demands
This position is primarily an office/administrative position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and/or stand for long periods. Employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Employee may be required to bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, push, pull, stoop, climb stairs and ladders, balance, walk for extended periods of time; use hands to finger, grasp, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms above the shoulder; be able to talk; and hear with or without aid. The employee may occasionally lift, leverage, and/or move up to 25 pounds repetitively. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

Work Schedule
Generally, the workweek is Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, occasional evenings, weekends and holidays may be required to achieve the goals of the department.
Remote Work Eligibility: This position is classified as eligible for a hybrid remote work schedule. Hybrid is defined as being at the discretion of the supervisor and dependent upon the needs of the organization and the job responsibilities, as well as any public health orders which may be in effect at the time. Hybrid workers may be required to flex their schedules to work several days in the facility and must be able to be in the facility within 48 hours of being notified to appear. Hybrid workers are assigned private offices or cubicles onsite as they may be required to work frequently in the facility. Community Food Share will provide IT equipment for work performed in the facility; a laptop may or may not be available for remote work. Hybrid workers will be required to have access to a stable internet connection. (Team Orange Hybrid)
Work Environment
Community Food Share operates in a working warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving equipment. The employee may be exposed to high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; and extreme cold in the walk-ins. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may be loud with machinery and equipment in operation.

Hiring pay for this position is $34.62/hr to $36.54/hr. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
