The Media Manager at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for overseeing and evolving the company’s media program across 22 offices throughout Colorado. This high-impact role plays a key part in ensuring our brokers are supported with exceptional media experiences that elevate their listings, enhance the LIV SIR brand, and drive client success.

This individual will own the end-to-end management of listing photography and videography, including vendor relationships, technology oversight, process optimization, quality control, billing accuracy, and asset distribution across digital platforms. Acting as a proactive problem solver and innovation driver, the Media Manager will lead the ongoing development of systems and tools that support our media efforts while delivering white-glove service to our brokers.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Media Program Leadership:

Own and evolve LIV SIR’s media program, ensuring it consistently delivers high-quality, on-brand photography and videography that supports broker success.

Vendor Management:

Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with preferred photography and videography vendors. Set clear expectations, evaluate performance, and ensure contractual and service standards are met or exceeded.

People Leadership & Team Oversight:

Manage, support, and develop one direct report by providing clear direction, training, feedback, and accountability. Ensure work quality, consistency, and professional growth while fostering a collaborative, service-oriented team culture.

Technology Oversight:

Identify, implement, and manage media-related technologies and platforms that support efficient workflows, quality assurance, and broker satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams on systems including Brokerage Engine, Rela, and related platforms.

Operational Excellence:

Streamline and maintain processes for media scheduling, asset delivery, billing reconciliation, and issue resolution. Regularly assess workflows and introduce improvements to enhance service levels and efficiencies.

Billing Execution & Financial Accuracy:

Directly perform and oversee media billing processes, including reviewing delivered assets, validating services against orders, reconciling vendor invoices, and ensuring accurate broker billing. Own exception handling, troubleshooting, and resolution of billing discrepancies while improving controls, documentation, and efficiency over time.

Brand Stewardship:

Ensure all delivered media aligns with LIV SIR’s brand identity and quality standards. Audit and organize internal media libraries and asset archives for accuracy and consistency.

Broker Experience:

Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers on all media-related needs, providing solutions with urgency, professionalism, and a service-first attitude.

Continuous Improvement:

Seek opportunities to elevate the media program through new technologies, creative strategies, improved vendor collaboration, and enhanced processes. Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in media management or marketing within the real estate industry, or in a comparable high-volume, service-driven role.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a track record of owning and improving operational programs.
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report; people management experience strongly preferred.
  • Creative eye for high-quality photography and videography and an understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Confident communicator with experience working across teams, vendors, and leadership levels.
  • Proven commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative without constant direction.
  • Experience managing third-party contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based platforms.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Salary range dependent upon experience.
  • In addition to base pay, we provide employees with the opportunity to select coverage under a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) and other plans.
  • Full-Time employees are eligible for Vacation and Sick Time in accordance with our Paid Time Off Policy. Additionally, the company observes 12 paid holidays.
  • Hours are 8:30AM- 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
