Summary
Description
Employment Matters LLC Flynn Investigations Group is seeking workplace investigators with
demonstrated cultural competency, employment law/HR background or proficiencies, excellent
writing/oral/analytical skills, and commitment to the profession of workplace, school and sport
investigations. EMFIG investigations provide impartial, third-party factfinding in complex
workplace issues, EEO and Title IX matters (www.emfig.com). Our mostly independent work,
primarily from home offices or virtually, though not exclusively, is challenging and rewarding.
Hourly compensation, typically for part-time employees, ranges from $50/hour to $100/per hour.
Starting salaried compensation ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 annually for full-time status
(minimum 30 hours per week) and includes health benefits, plus bonus potential. Retirement
plan participation available to employees working 1,000 hours or more per year after one year.
