We have an immediate need for a Policy Analyst to join our State & Local Government Relations practice in our Denver office. We are seeking an individual who can work with our Colorado Government Relations team at the state, regulatory and local government levels to cover hearings, create reports and track and analyze legislation and regulatory changes for clients.

Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, the Director of Human Resources works closely with firm leadership, department heads, and external advisors to ensure the firm attracts, develops, retains, and supports exceptional professional staff and continues to operate with integrity, sound judgment, and legal compliance.
This is a build role, not a maintenance role: the VP will lead an experienced in-house team and add performance and analytics capability alongside it, own a substantial multi-million-dollar paid media program, and construct the attribution architecture that connects every marketing dollar to a signed client.
