Responsible for managing CoBank’s stakeholder engagement programs, including the bank’s signature customer-directed giving program, associate-directed giving, board-directed giving, and associate volunteerism. Manages these giving programs end-to-end, coordinating applications, internal review and approvals, and timely payment to community partners within the grants management system while supporting strong partner relationships and a consistent customer experience.
