At CoBank, the Director of Diversity and Inclusion develops and implements human capital plans that emphasize Human Equity and the concepts of corporate diversity and inclusion. The Director participates in the CoBank Human Equity Executive Council, providing subject matter expertise and leadership to achieve full integration of diversity and inclusion practices, processes, and tools into all appropriate aspects of the bank’s corporate culture. This position plays a leading, ‘hands-on’ role in ensuring the bank’s progress toward, and sustained success in, making CoBank a place where all associates are included, valued, and respected. The Director is an integral part of the HR management team and will interact with all levels including CoBank executive leadership.
