COHN is looking for a “modern marketer”—someone who is confidence-inspiring, collaboratively minded, and experienced in managing and growing client relationships. As a senior member of the account service team, this individual will be responsible for creating and guiding marketing strategies and executions for an assigned group of key clients within the cannabis industry. They will be accountable for client relationship building, providing new and innovative recommendations to clients, and campaign development and management.
The Account Director position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to manage multiple, sometimes complex deliverables at the same time, while exemplifying a professional, can-do attitude.
The ideal candidate for this position has experience with cutting-edge consumer and product marketing, with the adaptability and nimbleness to translate that experience into strategies for the rapidly evolving cannabis space. In addition, he/she is a highly passionate, ego-free, independent thinker and problem-solving leader.
