The Housing Administrator is directly responsible for the voucher administration of the Permanent Supportive Housing for Youth Program for all 33 households. This includes assessing rental amounts of participant rent per HUD standards and ensuring rental payment through the Colorado Division of Housing. Job duties include conducting needs-based assessments, ensuring program eligibility, frequent financial assessments, community outreach, providing case management services, housing navigation, landlord recruitment, compliance with Fair Housing Laws, voucher administration and program-wide service coordination. Requires use of personal vehicle for securing and maintaining housing for the youth enrolled in the program.
