The Marketing Manager is a steward of the highly iconic Kelty brand, and your main task is to grab attention and make our brand more famous than ever before. To get there, you are responsible for the overall execution of the brand strategy as well as the consistency of brand representation across all consumer touchpoints including product, websites, E-Commerce, social, digital marketing, advertising, events/outreach/trade shows, public relations, promotions, guerrilla marketing, cause marketing, partnerships, retail packaging and displays, sales materials and catalogs. You will be all over trends and our competition. You will create and execute marketing strategies and plans. You will conduct marketing research. You will wear many hats and work from a grass-roots level up. You will work closely with the product development and sales teams regarding market and product trends, product positioning, strategy, and relevance to the brand, with retailers and consumers. And finally, you live and enjoy the outdoor lifestyle: camping, hiking, backpacking, festivals and more.
