As the Manager of Membership Products and Marketing for USA Cycling, you are responsible for supporting the development and marketing of USA Cycling’s membership products. Products will include: Ride and Race Memberships, one-day licenses, merchandise and other a la carte products. You will provide tactical planning, execution of product development, marketing, and drive member retention efforts. You will closely monitor performance of products and marketing. Your role within the organization supports the relationships with our marketing agency and merchandise partners. You will act as the “voice of the valued customer” in meetings with marketing and membership teams, while developing new communications channels with members (e.g. newsletters, ambassador / street team).
