The Senior Program Lead is responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and long-term success of assigned conferences through strategic planning, volunteer engagement, staff leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. This role leads a team of program management professionals and works closely with volunteer leaders, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality scientific meetings that advance the Association’s mission.

The Group Facilitator is responsible for developing and facilitating engaging, accessible, and meaningful programming for shelter guests, supportive housing residents, and continued care residents. As a member of the Behavioral Health and Wellness team, the Group Facilitator creates opportunities for participants to connect with one another, develop practical skills, explore interests, build confidence, and strengthen support networks and overall wellbeing.
