Math/Science Teaching Fellowship

Have you considered a career in teaching science, math, engineering or technology (STEM)? EnCorps STEM Teachers Program transitions accomplished career-changers to teaching middle and high school in Colorado’s high need schools through a 1-2 year Fellowship. We are actively seeking our next cohort of aspiring middle and high school teachers who have previous industry experience. As an EnCorps STEM Teaching Fellow, you will have the opportunity to use your leadership and industry experience to inspire the next generation by working as a full-time salaried teacher in an EnCorps partner school.

Public Affairs Specialist

Represents The Auto Club Group (ACG) and advocates its public affairs positions in assigned region(s).  Assists management in the development, implementation, and administration of high profile public affairs programs and projects designed to promote ACG’s interests and image.  Develops and maintains liaison activities with key regional constituents (e.g., law enforcement agencies, governmental agencies, schools, community service and safety organizations) and field management.

Math Lab Tutor

Provides tutoring in the Math Lab for students in general studies through Calculus III or Prob/Stat.

Mentor/Tutor

MSU Denver’s TRIO Upward Bound Program (TRIO), is currently seeking mentor/tutors to support students that attend six Denver Public Schools: Abraham Lincoln High School, East High School, Manual High School, North High School, West Early College, and West Leadership Academy who are first generation high school students (first in their family to attend college), with a desire to attend college….

Credit Recovery Tutor at George Washington High School

The Center for Urban Education (CUE) at Metropolitan State University of Denver and George Washington High School are collaborating on an in-school tutoring program for the 2020-2021 academic year. The program will focus on online intervention support and credit recovery in mathematics, language arts, science and social studies for high school students at George Washington High School.

Peer Writing Consultant – Writing Center

Tutor students in all aspects of writing, including brainstorming, organizing, drafting, revising, editing, and project management. Participate in ongoing training. Conduct orientations and workshops related to writing. Welcome all writers into the Writing Center, no matter where they are in their writing process.
