The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing sales and marketing content related to our direct real estate, credit and fund business lines. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial real estate debt, mezzanine, fund and equity structures, with a focus on multifamily investments. You will work directly with our marketing, development, acquisitions, and debt teams to research industry data, create messaging and, build marketing and sales materials to support our business development and client retention efforts. The right candidate should have a history of using data and analytics to create a compelling asset specific investment case. You will work in a collaborative environment to produce materials on key investment strategies and specific product attributes as well as convey general industry knowledge. The optimal candidate has the ability to message our investment thesis and products to a broad addressable market that includes family office, high net worth, RIA, institutional and non-US clients.
