The Digital Designer will design, refine and execute visual global concepts and ideas that represent the highest standards of the Crocs brand. Reporting to the Senior Digital Designer, this position collaborates with writers, other designers and the content producer to execute creative deliverables for Dynamic Content Optimization (DCO) advertising, retail and wholesale digital media, as well as social media assets, receiving regular direction, support and feedback from the Senior Digital Designer and other creative leaders. Apply copy edits and regional translations to complete project segments. Deliver final files to the appropriate vendor, partner and/or application. The Digital Designer must have excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, gather project details and meet deliverable expectations and adherence to timelines. Ideate new and innovative ways to combine marketing strategies and channel goals into compelling visual stories. Elevate the overall creative and consumer journey with best practices in mind.
