The Associate Program Director – Training and Development is primarily a people management position.  Significant time will be given to supporting, developing, training and assessing field staff, holding accountability for program safety through competent well-trained staff, educational delivery, student outcomes, staff development, and performance.  This while also focusing on enriching program quality, safety, and oversight.

This is a mid-level management position, with supervisory responsibilities. It is an office-based position with occasional field visits and driving as needed.  This position is supervised by the Southwest Program Director.
