The Policy and Business Analyst position represents and supports the Behavioral Health Division (Division). The Analyst shall help facilitate the Division’s role in policy and government efficiencies by actively researching, reviewing, and interpreting expectations. Responsibilities include management and oversight of the Division’s policy review process for up to 235 policies and procedures annually, coordination of Division operation projects, budgetary breakdowns, and document and website content updates. This position reports directly to the Division Operations, Policy, Tracking, and Contracts (OPTC) Unit Manager.
