As an Analyst – Investor Relations, you will play a key role in supporting Newmont’s investor relations strategy. You’ll analyze financial data, track industry trends, and help craft clear, compelling messages for investors and internal stakeholders. Your insights and contributions will enhance shareholder engagement and support critical investor communications.

As Part of Our Team You Will

  • Monitor and analyze financial models, industry trends, and analyst reports to provide key insights.  

  • Develop and maintain investor relations tools, reports, and presentations.  

  • Support the preparation of earnings call materials, Executive Leadership and Board documents, and investor messaging.  

  • Assist with investor outreach, capital markets updates, and event coordination (e.g., investor days, roadshows).  

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization.  

  • Perform ad hoc analysis to provide valuable insights for the investor relations and finance teams.

Perquisites for Your Success In This Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.  

  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, market analysis, and U.S. GAAP/SEC regulations.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, FactSet, and other financial tools.  

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.  

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.  

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills 

Your Work Environment

Must be in the office at least two days per week. During investor call weeks and other critical meetings, full-time office presence is required.
Dynamic, fast-moving environment with exposure to senior leadership and external stakeholders.  
Opportunities to work on high-profile investor events, earnings calls, and market analyses.  
Domestic and international travel required for this position (2-3 times per year)
As part of a global Investor Relations group like ours, there will be occasions where work after normal 8 am – 5 pm is required.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $89,760 – 117,810. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.  The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.  

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
