  • Lead and develop a team to execute HCC operations, with the goal of housing at least 1,000 people experiencing homelessness in 2025.
  • Contribute to the accomplishment of HOST and citywide goals housing people experiencing homelessness.
  • Maintain high-functioning partnerships with HOST contractors to ensure collaborative functions of HCC are carried out.
  • Develop, implement, and document essential processes of HCC.
  • Evaluate performance of HCC and engage in continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with HOST leadership and other City agencies to implement HCC.
  • Other duties as assigned.
