EFAA Pathways is a program that provides housing and supportive services to families experiencing homelessness, guided by the Family Resource Center Association’s Family Pathways Framework and Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening and Support. The Director oversees the implementation of program tasks and strategic priorities, evaluates the performance and impact of programs and services, and is responsible for adjusting program delivery as needed.
The Senior Manager of Homeless Solutions serves as the City’s strategic lead for homelessness response planning, funding administration, program oversight, and regional collaboration efforts. This position develops and implements policies, programs, and cross-sector strategies that support housing stability, community coordination, and effective homelessness response systems through data-driven decision-making and community partnerships.
This role is a culture steward who sets the tone for how we show up for each other and for the people we serve by modeling curiosity, accountability, equity, and a deep respect for lived experience. The position will ensure that all CCH community service programs provide consistent, quality and integrated services, and will guide the development and expansion of existing community services throughout CCH.
This position supports the development of narrative direction, leads proactive content planning, and brings to life compelling stories that reflect the organization’s mission.
