ETG is seeking a professional for an opportunity with an Energy (Wind and Solar) company located in the Longmont, CO area. This role will serve both in-person and remotely.

About the Company and Team

Founded in 2008, the company has built a strong reputation delivering engineering, construction, and field services that support critical energy infrastructure across the western United States. While the company has an established history, it is now entering one of the most exciting chapters in its evolution—intentionally redesigning how the business operates to support its next stage of growth.

Over the past several months, the leadership team has invested heavily in strengthening the organization's operational foundation. From documenting company-wide playbooks and modernizing systems to embracing AI-enabled workflows and refining internal processes, the company is building an operating model designed to create greater clarity, consistency, and scalability. Rather than simply growing, the company is focused on growing well.

Led by an engaged founder and CEO, the organization values ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Employees have the opportunity to work cross-functionally, contribute ideas, and help shape how the business evolves. The team operates in a collaborative hybrid environment from its headquarters in Longmont, Colorado, where professionals across operations, field services, commercial, finance, and corporate functions work together toward a shared mission.
