Description

Overview

EcoEnclose is seeking a new B2B Marketing Leader to generate and capture demand for businesses seeking more sustainable packaging. Have you dreamt of working for Patagonia, Cotopaxi, Disney, or Ridwell? Well, we make their packaging – along with 500 other enterprise brands. Our customers are brands in industries like apparel, CPG, cosmetics, and supplements. Our products are innovative, sustainable packaging materials – including pouches made with recycled plastics, mailers made with seaweed polymers, and boxes printed with algae ink.

In this critical role, you will own the marketing plan and are expected to be highly strategic and nimble. There is not an obvious playbook for success in today’s B2B marketing environment. We’re looking for candidates who can continuously try new tactics, including hypothesizing, ideating, testing, measuring, and concluding which tactics perform best in the given moment, and then adapting our budget allocation and marketing plan accordingly. The primary business outcome you are seeking is to increase our inbound qualified new business leads.

We are looking for a strategic marketer with a strong B2B marketing track record. You must have a legitimate passion for identifying new marketing tactics, trying them out, and optimizing them. This role is for a sustainability-driven, highly analytical  marketing trailblazer who loves experimentation and wants to advance the circular packaging movement.

The compensation package is a $130K-$170K salary base + 15% bonus target, plus benefits. This is a hybrid 3 days/wk in-office + 2 days/wk WFH role, based in Boulder County, CO.

About EcoEnclose

EcoEnclose is very much a values-driven company with a vibrant office culture, energized by our mission to enable this country’s transition to circular packaging. We are also smart at business, service, and operations, and we want to have a big impact.
