Event Technology Manager

In this role, you'll shape the digital backbone of MGMA’s in‐person conferences—managing the tools, platforms, and processes that make our events stand out. From mobile apps to registrations to exhibitor portals, you’ll be the behind‐the‐scenes maestro who keeps everything running flawlessly. What You’ll Do:
- Lead all event technology planning—from mobile app setup to CRM, registration, housing systems, exhibitor platforms, and more.
- Coordinate cross‐functional teams to ensure accurate, intuitive, attendee‐friendly digital experiences throughout the event cycle.
- Manage registration workflows, reporting, testing, customer support, and on‐site technology needs.
- Build, update, and QA exhibitor and sponsor platforms, directories, and virtual booth tools.
- Own Jira workflows, drive Agile PDLC processes, and facilitate internal meetings that keep projects moving.
- Analyze data, monitor dashboards, and partner with IT/data teams to ensure accuracy and meaningful insights.
- Maintain all conference technology timelines, documentation, reporting cadence, and stakeholder updates.

What You’ll Bring:
- A skilled event‐tech strategist with 3+ years in meetings, conferences, registration, or event technology.
- A tech‐savvy project leader familiar with CRM systems, mobile apps, virtual event tools, and Agile/Jira environments.
- A conference operations pro who knows how to manage multiple platforms, partners, and timelines with ease.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The approximate salary range for this position is $72,000- $91,000, depending on the skills, education, and experience of the candidate.
