Events & Development Manager

CPI’s Events and Development Manager fills a critical role within the organization, planning and executing events throughout the year to include two of our organization’s signature initiatives, the annual Saving Places Conference and its annual fundraiser, the Dana Crawford Awards. This position works closely with the public establishing relationships with event attendees, vendors, sponsors, organizational donors & members. This position oversees CPI’s membership and assists with fundraising.

Event and Communications Specialist

The Event and Communications Specialist is a multidisciplinary position supporting various fundraising responsibilities to include: special events; marketing; fundraising; database management; direct mail; donor qualification, cultivation and stewardship; and church engagement. The Event and Communications Specialist will also lead organizational marketing efforts and manage the website and social media sites.

Event Manager

The Colorado Railroad Museum seeks a friendly, creative, and organized individual to oversee its portfolio of annual events. From THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride and Day Out With Thomas™ to one- and two-day themed events, the Museum’s Events Manager oversees event design, layout, setup/teardown, vendor contracting, and event operations, coordinating with a team of paid and volunteer staff who carry out much of the actual work.

Communications and Events Coordinator

The Communications and Events Coordinator will report to the Executive Director of STEM School Highlands Ranch and play a crucial role in supporting all communication efforts and coordinating events. This includes designing publications, managing the school’s website and social media, overseeing marketing campaigns, and managing relationships with media and the community.

Audio-Visual Technician

The Audio-Visual Technician is responsible for the setup, operation, and teardown of all audio-visual equipment for events hosted at the National Western Complex and new Legacy Building (opening Fall 2025). As a key member of the Event Operations team, this position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless A/V execution for approximately 200 events each year, including the National Western Stock Show each January.

External Event Sales Manager

The UC External Event Sales Manager is responsible for developing, recruiting, and servicing mainly off-campus University Center clients, including building client relationships and working as a liaison between off campus clients and on campus resources to assure execution of successful events. This Manager works directly with the Director of the University Center (UC) on events and requires evening and weekend work.
