Associate Director of Events

This s a cultivation, stewardship, and revenue generating position that supports the mission of the school through the planning, execution and ongoing refinement of events and collaborating with the Director of Donor Engagement on strategy that supports the fundraising initiatives of Advancement. Event responsibilities include, but are not limited to, event planning, set-up, event management within a team, cleanup and reporting for 15+ events annually.

Communication and Event Coordinator

The Communication and Event Coordinator has distinct primary responsibilities for a variety of organizational functions and operations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Executive Director. This position will provide event management and coordination, oversee communication and marketing, and support organizational administration. The position is primarily remote, but there is workspace available at the Alliance Center in Denver, if desired.

Law Enforcement Torch Run Event Manager

Assistant Director of Events

The Assistant Director of Events will sell and coordinate premium events. Assist Event Department in hiring and training. Plan all details with meeting planner and communicate these details to all department managers via event orders and weekly BEO meetings.

Assistant Events Manager

The National Events Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating USA Fencing’s North American Cup series and auxiliary events and assisting with US hosted International Tournaments. This position will report to the Director of Events and will involve frequent interactions with National Office staff members, USA Fencing members, tournament organizers and contractors.
