Events and Marketing Intern

The Events & Marketing Intern works closely with the Cherry Creek North BID Marketing, Communications, and Events team to implement tactics supporting the goals of the organization’s operating plan.

Special Events Coordinator

Under close supervision, the Special Events Coordinator is responsible for planning and organizing meetings or special events for the Denver Health Foundation. Coordinates all amenities and accommodations for executing multiple pre-existing fundraising and non-fundraising events as well new events.

Conference Services Coordinator

Interacts daily with clients and potential clients to build and maintain a high rental level through contract negotiations, successful completion of contracted events and favorable public relations with rental clients. Meets with client during their setup access times and makes sure everything is setup correctly and is going smoothly. Meets with client during the actual event to ensure all is well. Works closely with Director of Facilities and Marketing to develop new business opportunities for the Conference Center and kitchen rentals.

Channel Marketing Manager

The Channel Marketing Manager has responsibility for developing marketing communications programs, promotions and sales materials for execution with key channel partners. Develops and executes integrated marketing activities aligned with overall business and revenue objectives for both Gates Corporation and the customer, utilizing traditional as well as innovative marketing approaches. Works with product marketing, Gates marketing, field sales and the customer to define compelling product positioning and messaging for new products and existing core product lines, for Gates and customer branded products. Ensures messaging, look and feel of all marketing and sales materials are consistent to reinforce overall Gates brand and/or customer brand recognition in the marketplace. Role reports to the Gates VP of Marketing.

Events Service Manager

Responsible for planning, coordinating, upselling & billing of group events. This position will also assist the sales team as needed. Experience in banquets and catering facilitating successful group events at resort properties is required, full service group service experience is preferred.

Trade Show Ambassador
