Communications and Events Manager

The Communications and Events Manager is responsible for strategically conveying the Foundation’s mission through its website, social media presence, written communications, and events.

Arts and Activities Program Manager

Monitor client outcomes and quality services provided as identified by interdisciplinary team. Develop ISSPs, monitor data collection and progress towards goals.
Liaison to families, residential providers, advocates and funding agencies

Summer of Learning Program Coordinator

Work closely with the Youth Services Manager, the Summer of Learning Transition Team and staff system wide to design and implement Denver Public Library’s new Summer of Learning program for youth of all ages. Pilot and evaluate new activities. Deepen the relationship with Denver Public Schools. Develop and enhance partnerships with Denver cultural institutions and city agencies. Work with the Community Relations Office to identify and nurture donor and partner relations. Develop and present staff training. Communicate effectively with staff, customers, program partners and library administration. Develop and implement a comprehensive program evaluation. Participate in all phases of the grant proposal, administration and evaluation process.

Director, Special Events

Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, goal-oriented individual to join its development team. This position leads a team in the production of four major events.

Arts and Volunteer Coordinator

Plans or assists with the implementation of art exhibits, public art, unveiling events and volunteer appreciation events. Designs, recommends and coordinates a variety of performing arts and volunteer programs. Develops, recommends and maintains proposed program budgets, expenditures and participant fee schedules. Negotiates fee schedules with instructors and contractors, determines program schedules, establishes registration protocols, and markets programs to the public. Publishes quarterly newsletters and publications and maintains the corresponding mailing and email lists. Updates and maintains the Arts and Culture portion of the city website, social media sites, and the TASHCO and Arts and Culture archives.

Assistant Director of Donor Relations, Annual Fund, and Special Events

Position description: In order to grow an organization that promotes and sustains a culture of exceptional outcomes for all students, Community College of Aurora Foundation seeks an experienced individual for the position of Assistant Director of Donor Relations, Annual Fund, and Special Events (“Assistant Director”). The Assistant Director is responsible for significant donor relationships, driving our internal annual fun program, overseeing fundraising events, and influencing the development of marketing collateral materials.

The Assistant Director will create and implement short- and long-term action plans for major gifts, planned giving prospects, corporate and foundation giving, and other grants including research, identification, solicitation, cultivation and proposal development. S/he will share responsibility for providing vision and strategic direction for ensuring the organization’s fiscal health through resource development, as well as oversee the internal CCA Gives Hope campaign and other marketing and communications efforts of the Foundation.

The Assistant Director will report to the Executive Director
