Special Events Coordinator

The Special Events Coordinator is responsible for the overall planning, organization, execution and measurement of all promotional projects. This position will make recommendations to the Director of Casino Marketing for promotional programs, advertising, events, and based on business needs and knowledge gained through measured marketing efforts.

Engagement Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: The Engagement Manager is responsible for generating revenue through sponsorship sales for Chamber and Affiliate events. Manager will work closely with team members to coordinate sponsor targeting, solicitation, tracking and maintenance. Manager will identify and evaluate new sponsorship opportunities and promote, execute and drive revenue growth of all events. This position requires the ability to develop and implement a strategic sponsorship plan. Our events team manages 40 events per year ranging from 20-1,200 people.

Director of Special Events and Premium Venues

This position supports the University of Colorado athletic department with the coordination of all internal athletic department events, as well as oversees the rental and operations of the Folsom Field premium venues for both external and internal constituents. Works closely with campus and external stakeholders such as Levy Restaurants, Alumni Association, Boulder Chamber of Commerce, Buffalo Sports Properties, CU Buff Club, etc. on production and execution of collaborative events. Creates and maintains awareness of Folsom Field Events brand to ensure increased revenue through external events in the athletic department premium venues.

Sidekicks Program Intern

The Davis Phinney Foundation is looking for an intern to assist with the planning and execution of Sidekicks, an intergenerational storytelling program.

Women’s Leadership Program Intern

The 2019-2020 CWCC Women of Influence and Impact Leadership program is designed to help emerging leaders and business owners to lead and influence in their community, grow their business, and build their tribe.
The Program begins October 10th 2019, ending in June 2020 (with the exception of December). This is a part-time internship 15-20 hours a month working 8 hours one Friday a month at our program locations.
