Education & Events Manager

ARVC is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Education & Events Manager to assist the Director of Education in the development and delivery of ARVC’s education programs and related projects. This is a full-time position requiring keen organizational skills and a willingness to handle all the details that can make or break an event. Primary responsibilities include event planning, execution, staffing, promotion, maintenance, evaluation and accreditation of continuing education programs and services. The position will also provide administrative support to the association’s Education Committee.

Part-Time Special Events Coordinator

The City of Federal Heights is looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized individual to plan, coordinate, and promote city-sponsored events on a part-time basis, approximately 32 hours per week. This position is eligible for city health insurance.

Event Manger

The Events Manager reports to the Senior Manager – Event Services and is responsible for all aspects of event planning for at least 40, and up to 80 annual events including event conceptualization to day-of management of staff and vendors. The Events Manager plans, designs, staffs and organizes logistical and technical details for both external and internal clients at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts in a multitude of venue settings.

Senior Event Manager

Northern Colorado’s premier event center is seeking an experienced senior event manager to lead our team of experienced event professionals. The manager will lead a team responsible for hundreds of events annually at the Ranch, Larimer County’s 244-acre event complex and fairgrounds. This position will oversee our event team as well as marketing, budget and sales efforts, events, and activities and will have significant input in the major expansion of the facility beginning this year. Box Office and Revenue Services Coordinator

Responsible for programming, monitoring and settling City-ticketed events held in City facilities as well as overseeing day to day operations of the LCC ticket office. Responsible for accounting and analysis of all HCA revenue and attendance. Duties include reviewing and/or settling and preparing LCC deposits compiled from end-of-day reports at LCC and revenue and attendance tracking and reporting from all HCA facilities and satellite programs including those at other non-cultural arts City of Lakewood facilities. Responsible for hiring, training and supervising variable part-time ticket office staff. This position participates in and supports planning and implementation of programming throughout HCA facilities as a member of the HCA team.

Event Sales Coordinator
