Assistant Venue Director

As the Assistant Venue Director for an art, cultural and events venue, this position will manage and oversee operations, private events and art and cultural programs at the McNichols Civic Center Building. This position will be responsible for implementing all strategic goals. This position will be in charge of developing an annual plan for operations, private events and art and cultural programs, including bookings. The McNichols Building is a historic site that holds over 350 public and private events per year. There are six primary indoor and two outdoor event spaces. This position will be responsible for sales and bookings; establishing business and program growth strategies; providing daily operational oversight of the events, security, custodial, facilities, food & beverage, and maintenance. This position oversees employees including events coordinator, program administrator for Cultural Partner Program, manager on duty, facility and maintenance technician, security manager and custodial supervisor.

Events Coordinator

The Events Coordinator actively oversees every element of established Town of Frederick events, under the direction of the Community Relations Manager. The Events Coordinator will also play a key role in the development, structuring and implementation of emerging events and facilitating Frederick’s participation in third party events. Responsibilities will include anything associated with organizing an event and other community outreach efforts.

Training Coordinator

LogRhythm is looking for a Training Coordinator who will work with the University (training) team in the planning, development, and performance of staff and training schedules. This person ensures adequate coverage of training demand by preparing, updating, and maintaining individual and master training schedules as well as customer demand for training classes. The Training Coordinator is the single point of contact for identifying course availability, managing and reporting available capacity, and matching up trainers to classes to meet current training delivery requirements.
