The Production Manager is responsible for advancing and executing all concerts and onsite eventsat the venue each season. The Production Manager is the primary point of contact for artists,management, partners, crew and vendors, and supports Levitt’s mission by ensuring the venue hasthe personnel, equipment and processes necessary to make Levitt a destination venue and providethe highest level of care, professionalism and technical support for every artist.
The Coordinator, Community Engagement and Events (CEE) at Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation (Foundation) provides logistical coordination for the CEE department; Coordinates Community Partner Program/Events in partnership with Event Manager; oversees with high level coordination the department event auction process including procurement, event execution, reporting and technology.
Manages multiple, complex events and conferences which advance the overall strategic mission of the college. Assists with other large-scale events. Provides leadership and supports the events team in the absence of the Assistant Vice President, College Events.
This self-starting individual will be responsible for driving fundraising success for the Rocky Mountain Tour de Cure cycling event and State of Diabetes – Denver in the West Territory. Primary duties of the Associate Director of Development will include the development and management of existing and new teams, individual fundraisers, and volunteers.
• Oversees internal communication in the store and ensures coordination of ownership and follow up• Drives Yammer as a strong internal communication channel and promotes this as a preferred information and inspiration channel among coworkers• Manages store web page • Plans, coordinates, and executes national and local events
Oversees and implements programs designed to foster meaningful engagement opportunities for families of current CC students. Collaborates closely with the Associate Director for Parent and Family Engagement & Programs, as well as key stakeholders and campus partners, to strengthen efforts that enhance family involvement
Supports student organizations, OCA, and Student Life in the execution of campus programming, creating and managing the social media presence of OCA, developing and executing marketing strategies for the OCA programming efforts. Helps to foster community among students.
