Event Coordinator (RFP)

Job Description:
This request for proposal (RFP) is issued by five non-profit collaborators. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract with a qualified event coordinator beginning in summer 2019 to execute a successful 2020 Poudre RiverFest event, likely to be held Saturday, June 6th, and ensure the sustainability of future events. A successful candidate will be an organized, out-going, and motivated individual who will secure sponsorships, plan, manage, promote, implement and analyze overall event logistics, including day-of-event coordination, and manage the budget.

SENIOR EVENT MANAGER

National event marketing agency/Highline is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Senior Event Manager in Vail, CO. This candidate will work with Event Managers, Senior Event Managers and Senior Management and the Sales Team on activations/events/promotions and serve as a key point-person to: clients, vendors and on-site staff. The special event and event marketing field is dynamic and the ideal candidate is able to handle long hours in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years’ experience on the production side of special events.

Event and Donor Communications Coordinator

Colorado Open Lands is excited to expand our development team with the addition of an Event and Donor Communications Coordinator. Conference and Event Planner/Coordinator

The Conference and Event Planner/Coordinator plans and schedules coordinated conferences and special events. This position serves as the primary liaison with internal units and external constituents, providing organizational leadership in developing, implementing and overseeing conferences, events, meetings and trainings for the Judicial Department.
