Experiential Event Marketing Intern

Schomp Automotive has an exciting opportunity for an Experiential Event internship representing a diverse and exciting set of Automotive Brands including BMW, Honda, Mercedes-Benz and MINI. This opportunity provides exposure to a myriad of events; large and small, onsite and offsite, corporate and community-based. The event intern will understand the back-end process of setting up an event (demographics, digital, social, vendor-relations, layout and activation) as well as learning timelines, setup and teardown. The event intern will also act as a Schomp Automotive brand ambassador and work various activations which include driving events as well as other community-focused interactions. This paid internship provides the unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced marketing agency style internal business unit with exposure to a wealth of marketing and event initiatives to excite guests about our brands.

Alumni Engagement Manager, Alumni Relations

The Alumni Engagement Manager is responsible for creating and managing meaningful alumni engagement experiences locally, regionally, and nationally. This position is responsible for providing expert guidance and advice on best strategies to utilize events as alumni, member, and donor stewardship opportunities in order to meet unit goals. He/she will build positive relationships with internal and external partners and create and manage meaningful volunteer opportunities for alumni that strengthen their relationship with CSU through involvement in events, programs, and related experiences. This position will serve as an Alumni Association lead on events and as a liaison to the Office of CSU Events & Donor Engagement in the execution of signature events.

Events Sales Manager

The Events Sales Manager reports to the Director, Event Services and is responsible for all aspects of event planning for at least 40, and up to 80 annual events including event conceptualization to day-of management of staff and vendors. The Events Sales Manager plans, designs, staffs and organizes logistical and technical details for both external and internal clients at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts in a multitude of venue settings.

Events Coordinator

Beaver Creek Resort Company (BCRC) events will perpetuate the vision of being the number one luxury family resort in the world. This will be accomplished through offering rarefied experiences to guests through world class and engaging events, activities, and animations in Beaver Creek Village, during both peak and off peak season.

The overarching goal of the Events Coordinator is to support the support and coordinate events, entertainment and attractions as assigned by the Director of Events and Sponsorship to create meaningful and engaging animation in the village, both during peak and off peak season.

Program Coordinator, Chapters

This position oversees, coordinates and helps Tier 2 and 3 alumni chapters to grow while serving as their primary staff liaison. The Program Coordinator is responsible for facilitating coordination between volunteers, Alumni Association and other university staff to support events, initiatives and programs designed to increase involvement within the alumni groups. This position will be the primary chapter communications liaison, helping to edit, schedule and coordinate the communications generated through the Alumni Association’s network of chapters and clubs and act as the interface between staff liaisons, communications team and chapters. The Program Coordinator will also help coordinate support and logistics for CU Boulder’s international initiatives of the Global Ambassadors and international chapters.

Marketing Communication Specialist

The Marketing Communications Specialist will support the Marketing Communications team by coordinating and executing a variety of projects to drive the company’s overall business goals. General responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, executing marketing plans, managing public relations projects, managing the local marketing needs of the field sales team, managing the marketing needs of other internal departments, planning and managing special projects, managing ad agency and internal relationships, creating brand awareness through promotions and conducting administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate has the ability to effectively develop relationships, takes initiative to complete projects proficiently and possess a degree of creativity and flexibility.
