Summary

The Events Specialist is responsible for executing a wide variety of events to include breakfasts, lunches, social and experiential activities, as well as outdoor events for as many as 600-800 people – managing everything from conception, budgeting, logistical coordination, and successful execution with each event gathering regardless of the size. You are meticulous in planning, use strong financial control measures, and an engaging relationship manager with essential time management skills.

Cherry Creek North is a vibrant and beloved outdoor shopping and dining destination located in the heart of Denver.  This charming neighborhood is home to more than 600 businesses, featuring a distinct mix of fashion boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, home furnishings, wellness services and fitness studios.  With five luxury hotels, class A office buildings with tenants including wealth management firms, financial planning, real estate, oil and gas companies, and the largest collection of locally owned shops in the Rocky Mountain region, Cherry Creek North offers an authentic experience and dynamic atmosphere to work, stay, dine and shop.

Event Management

  • On-site point of contact who manages communications between Cherry Creek North and event producers, partners and vendors
  • Creates run of show and map layouts
  • Oversight of event budgets, timelines and ROI analysis
  • Event vendor contracting and management
  • Cross-departmental coordination
  • Provides direction for event photographers, videographers and content creators
  • Budget management tracking all expenses
  • Conducts event debriefs among teams and produce post-event reporting for internal use
  • Supports VP/Marketing with Sponsorship asset delivery and follow-up recap reporting
  • Execution of event-related promotions and giveaways
  • Coordinates with Digital Marketing Manager/PR Team on website event calendar and event listings
  • Coordinates/executes event research for each event such as Placer.ai, intercepts, etc.
  • Innovate around annual events to improve guest experience, cost effectiveness and ROI and overall impact
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team on strategy and tactics for all event marketing initiatives

Print & Signage

  • Manages the development, printing and distribution or installation of Cherry Creek North collateral including brochures, directories, kiosk art, signage and pole banners.
