Description
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to assist with scheduling, communications, document management, client coordination, and special projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and comfortable handling confidential information. Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years’ work experience and be proficient in Microsoft-based programs, including Outlook email, calendar scheduling, Excel, etc. Experience working in government affairs, public policy or lobbying environment is a preferred, but not required. Starting salary is $70,000 with bonus opportunities in first year of employment. Qualified candidates should send resume with references.
