Role Description
This is a remote Health Insurance Broker role. The professional will actively assist clients in understanding their insurance options, assess their needs, and provide tailored recommendations for health insurance plans. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, staying updated on insurance market trends, etc. You will be required to manage client accounts, address inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance-related practices
- Exceptional Customer Service and client management abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in the health insurance industry is a significant advantage
- Relevant professional certifications or licenses are preferred
