Based at our National Support Center, located in south Denver, Colorado (I-25 and Colorado Blvd) , we are seeking an enthusiastic and high-energy Marketing Project Specialist to be a part of our Marketing team.
The Marketing Project Specialist is responsible for building and overseeing project workflow, developing timelines, scheduling, and coordinating meetings, proofreading creative materials, monitoring advertising and project plans, confirming approvals, and ensuring all projects are seen through to completion on time.

- Act as the primary contact for all marketing project and campaign requests, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and requirements.
- Log and maintain detailed records of these requests in our designated job tracking platform to facilitate efficient project management.
- Create and manage project timelines, progress, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure projects stay on track.
- Collect, organize, and manage campaign-related information and assets, including creative files, data, and other resources.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners who produce printed materials or promotional items.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process of marketing and promotional materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Provide support in the execution of sponsorships and partnerships, including event logistics, planning, and relationship management.
- Share responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the internal online marketing store, overseeing product listings, inventory, and user experience.
- Maintain a detailed calendar of all Tuff Shed events and projects, including company events, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for permanent signage and coordinating large format printing projects for Tuff Shed stores nationwide.
- Be prepared to assist and back up team members on a variety of tasks, including event planning and other marketing activities.
- Performing all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Tuff Shed management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Outstanding organization and communication skills
- Strong attention to Detail
- Hands-on computer skills including Internet applications required and proficiency in MS Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Understanding of creative processes, art file structure and creative file types
- Multi-tasking, prioritizing abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player, with ability to hold others accountable
- Ability to analyze data to measure project execution
- Ability to solve problems using sound logic and good business judgement
- Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form
- Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that create a professional image for Tuff Shed
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including customers, business partners, suppliers, co-workers, managers, and the general public
- professional curiosity, with desire to learn and take on new challenges
- Performing all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Tuff Shed management
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 4-5 years account/project management experience, preferred
- Experience with project tracking software program(s), preferred
- Experience managing creative projects from concept through completion
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing or advertising
