We tell powerful stories—and we need someone who can make them unforgettable. As our Video + Photo Producer, you’ll create content that helps moms feel seen, builds trust with churches and leaders, and brings our movement to life on screens everywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end video production—including planning, shooting, editing, and delivering short-form and longform
content - Film interviews, campaign videos, social reels, MOMCON highlights, lifestyle shoots, and curriculum elements
- Capture and edit brand photography—events, merch, leadership portraits, and promotional imagery (no stock
needed!) - Manage and maintain all video and photo gear, lighting kits, and studio setups
- Coordinate shoot logistics (scheduling, set, lighting, audio, etc.) in collaboration with internal teams
- Expand our in-house video and audio capabilities, including sets and equipment
- Edit videos for a range of platforms (YouTube, IG Reels, in-app, etc.), balancing speed with cinematic quality
- Archive, organize, and deliver assets in a variety of formats (including managing the MomCo accounts on
Vimeo, internal storage, and across contractors) - Collaborate with the Digital Storyteller and Social Media Manager to ensure cohesive visual presence across
platforms - Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of professional video production and photography experience
- Follower of Jesus and able to faithfully sign and uphold the MomCo Faith and Values Statement
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and After Effects (or similar editing tools)
- Strong technical knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera gear
- An eye for visual storytelling, emotion, and brand continuity
- Experience shooting both in-studio and on-location (including live events)
- Strong file management and post-production organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- A collaborative mindset—you thrive on working with creatives, writers, and producers
