previously and can be (re)used again. We are seeking an energized and ambitious problem-solver who
wants to help businesses become more sustainable.

About this Position
The Sales Intake Associate will play a key role in being the first point of contact for businesses interested
in EcoEnclose. Not every company that finds us is a great fit for what we offer, and we want only the best
opportunities filtered through to our Sales Executives. That’s where the Sales Intake Associate comes in.
Are you great at speaking with a variety of people and figuring out what they need? Are you shrewd and
discerning when it comes to sussing out opportunities? Do you always stay on top of your inbox and
reply within minutes? Are you looking to get your foot in the door to a sales career path at a

Success in This Role Means:
● Connecting with 200 leads a week (via phone, email, text, LinkedIn) and filtering them to the best
20 opportunities to book meetings with Sales Executives
● Learning the sales process and becoming embedded within the sales team

Details:
● $60K-80K (base plus bonus) + Full Benefits, 401K match, 14 days Vacation + 12/25-1/1 Off

● Hybrid: 3 Days/Wk in Office, Located in Louisville, CO (between Boulder & Denver)
● Reports to Sales Director

Key Responsibility:
Respond to, Connect with, and Qualify Inbound Leads:
● Stay on top of the sales team inbox during business hours Monday-Friday and respond to 90% of
messages within 15 minutes
● Conduct introductory phone calls with businesses to determine if they fit within our Ideal
Customer Profile criteria
● Learn the sales process and adjust filtering criteria week to week based on sales team capacity
● Schedule meetings between attractive opportunities and our team of Sales Executives

Qualifications
● 2+ years of demonstrated success in sales, administrative, business development, or executive
assistant roles
● Ability to stay organized, document, and track hundreds of interactions a month
● Highly personable and curious with strong professional presence
● Interest in sales career path
● Passion for sustainability
● Ability to commute to Louisville, CO 3 days a week
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
