Job Title: Vice President, Marketing 

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid, in-office 3 days) 

Salary: $150k-$160k Base + 10% Performance Bonus

About the Role 

Vitruvi is looking for a results-driven VP of Marketing with a strong background in B2B SaaS—ideally with some exposure to construction tech. This role will lead our demand generation strategy, driving pipeline growth and customer acquisition in partnership with Sales and Revenue teams. We need a performance-minded leader who knows how to build and scale high-impact B2B SaaS marketing engines. Responsibilities include 

Create and implement an integrated strategy designed to grow core businesses through diverse lead-generation channels. 

● Define and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy, establish KPIs, and identify and integrate the necessary technologies to support lead acquisition and conversion. ● Design and execute targeted marketing plans and programs for each product, including the creation of promotional materials to expand market share. 

● Leverage multiple marketing channels effectively to meet growth goals and drive brand visibility. 

● Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs; determining company presence at consumer conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars. 

● Develop strategies to nurture leads and increase the adoption of branded solutions. Identify challenges in lead conversion and create tools and tactics to overcome these barriers. ● Lead brand storytelling and build credibility with key audiences. Stay up to date on market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry shifts to position the company competitively. ● Partner closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and create go-to-market strategies. Ensure that all communication and collateral align with the company’s brand and provide measurable ROI for clients. 

● Build, motivate, and develop the team; create and implement a long-term plan for marketing team structure and growth. 

● Implement a data-centric approach to track customer/user insights, measure campaign success, and continuously optimize future marketing efforts.

About You 

● 5+ years of B2B Marketing Management experience within a fast-paced SaaS environment required 

● Proven track record of lead generation strategies 

● DemandGen Expert Services experience 

● Bachelor’s degree required 

● Must have strong content/writing skills 

● Proven success in launching, promoting, and selling enterprise solutions in a relationship driven sale 

● High level understanding of successful direct marketing strategies and best practices ● Complete marketing mix experience (Online, Advertising, Media, Promotions and PR) ● Strong customer focus and intuitive understanding of how to effectively brand, position, and promote products and services 

● Impeccable project management and interpersonal skills 

● Attention to detail; action-oriented and willingness to be hands-on
