VP of West Operations

The VP of West Region Operations is responsible for operations leadership in the areas of selecting talent, developing leaders, guest experience, creating long term growth, and building a strong culture. The VP will oversee 100+ restaurants and have responsibility for leading and directing a team of Area Managers. They will be accountable for leading operators to achieve outstanding performance that contributes to Noodles & Company growth as well as participating in strategic planning and development process. The VP must lead and inspire the region to deliver consistent execution, a great guest experience, and profitable sales growth.

VP of Local Sales

Manage all aspects of local sales to meet or exceed company goals for a Market’s sales and profitability. Build and develop local sales organization. Plan and direct the implementation of sales strategies and tactics aimed at sustained sales and margin growth. Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License issued by the state of legal residence.

VP Business Development Presbyterian/St. Luke’s

The Vice President of Business Development will oversee complex physician relationships and large-scale physician recruitment initiatives and act as the physician liaison for Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center. New business development by initiating contact with prospective physicians or following up on leads for potential relationships will be required for Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center. The Vice President of Business Development oversees new program and service development and current program management to increase volume. Collaboration with the Director of Marketing for advertising and promotion of the hospital will be required for some initiatives. Additional responsibilities that include but are not limited to participation in community activities and others that would add to the public awareness of the hospital.

VP Operations & COO, Porter Adventist Hospital

The VP Operations & COO will provide strategic and operational leadership for various service lines at assigned Centura Health Hospital to include evaluations, development and modification of programs and services to meet the changing market demands. This focus includes developing and maintaining strong staff, physician, and community relations. Important to this role is understanding the leadership expectations of this position and the entire leadership team throughout Centura Health. Each leader must have a personal and professional connection to the Mission of this Christian organization. This position must be a team player themselves and contribute toward a Team centered approach that lends itself to ensuring “team before self” in order to lead this complex, highly matrixed organization into the differentiated leading role as THE system of choice. This position will invite others into their work in order to be fully Transparent with the activities of this position, allowing for celebration of success and learnings through opportunities for change. This position will be a change agent for the health system by being bold in our thoughts and actions that generate the need for Urgency as Centura forges ahead as the thought leader in the industry. Finally, the individual must demonstrate personal and professional Accountability to the community, associates, physicians, and sponsors for performance that this position and its team complete.

VP of Finance

Denver Center for the Performing Arts is accepting applications for the Vice President (VP) of Finance role. This position is responsible for the overall financial operations of the DCPA, including developing financial strategies that balance the DCPA’s mission and vision with fiscal responsibility and good stewardship of resources. Financial decisions are made in accordance with the DCPA’s financial philosophy, which includes the guiding principles of stewardship, equity and impact.

Global Vice President

As the Global Vice President of Human Resources, you will ensure that the right organization, leadership, culture and talent is in place to continue to grow our brand.
