Executive Assistant – Office of the Archbishop

The Office of the Archbishop is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Archbishop and four senior leaders: the Vicar General, Chancellor, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Mission Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Archbishop’s calendar, communications, travel arrangements, and daily agenda.
- Organize and coordinate key meetings with stakeholders.
- Handle the Archbishop’s expense reports, mail, and guest arrangements via phone, email, and in-person with diplomacy and tact.
- Oversee administrative support for the Vicar General, Chancellor, COO, and CMO, ensuring calendars are managed and office operations run smoothly.
- Manage office supplies, reception duties, mail distribution, and invoicing.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the Archbishop’s Office and maintain its budget.
- Prepare reports and oversee special projects such as confirmation scheduling and Christmas card distribution.
What We’re Looking For:
- A fully initiated Catholic in the communion of the Catholic Church and intentionally living out the five precepts of the Church (CCC 2041-2043).
- Proven experience in high-level administrative roles.
- A proactive, organized individual who can anticipate needs and suggest improvements.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, mission-oriented environment with flexibility.
