Based at our National Support Center, located in south Denver, Colorado (I-25 and Colorado Blvd) , we are seeking a high-energy Graphic Designer to be a part of our Marketing Department. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team in the production and art direction of high-quality visual content that embodies and shapes our growing brand, communicates our innovative product value, and resonates with our broad target audience. This key role will collaborate with department leadership to develop and execute multimedia campaigns, maintain and establish brand standards, provide innovative conceptual visual solutions to complex marketing problems, and offer insights into trends and best practices in visual communication. This role supports a variety of creative strategies, including social media, print advertising, email, signage, sales and marketing collateral, online video, and website design and upkeep.

BUILD YOUR CAREER AS A TUFF SHED GRAPHIC DESIGNER!
The essential functions for this position include but are not strictly limited to:
- Work collaboratively with the internal marketing team to bring the marketing plan to life on all graphic design touchpoints
- Communicate, enforce, and confirm Tuff Shed brand graphic standards with internal and external partners
- Demonstrate a keen understanding and passion for design trends, creatively applying those trends to the Tuff Shed brand with consistency
- Design and update all retail and wholesale national sales and marketing materials
- Design and develop email campaigns across retail and wholesale channels, as well as accompanying promotional components
- Represent Tuff Shed in a positive and professional manner during work hours with employees, customers, and suppliers
- Perform the essential functions of the position in a manner satisfactory to Tuff Shed management
- Performing all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Tuff Shed management
- May be required to work overtime (including some weekend work) in order to fulfil the requirements of the role; in addition, s/he must be present, as scheduled, and work all required hours
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- An enthusiastic self-starter who takes direction but can also propose their own ideas
- Strong typography skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with high proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, preferred
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to support the video content producer with the organization of files and creative assets
- Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office and Internet applications required
- Ability to solve problems using sound logic and good business judgment
- Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form
- Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that create a professional image for Tuff Shed
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including customers, business partners, suppliers, co-workers, managers, and the general public
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of design experience working in the design or advertising industry, with a portfolio demonstrating previous work, preferred
- UX/UI, HTML, CMS, and email marketing experience, preferred
- Introductory experience in motion graphics or 3D, preferred
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma OR equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or requisite experience
