Description
Essential Duties
• Assist Elite’s Marketing Manager in the creative process.
• Design, print and organize point of sale materials such as shelf talkers, posters, and flyers.
• Work with Elite’s Marketing Manager to organize and update our marketing collateral to ensure our sales team has the most updated materials.
Ensure our printed collateral “bullpen” is clean, organized, and clutter free.
Participate in company sales meetings and educational meetings with brands.
• Help strategize content for Elite’s weekly newsletter emails through our CRM platform, Hubspot.
• Help execute and strategize social media campaigns by designing graphic assets and gathering footage of our team.
• Assist with in-office graphic printing needs and help the team troubleshoot when needed.

Skills and Experience
• College student Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, or university with a focus on Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Online applications.
• Passion for Videography, photography, and editing skills are a plus.
• Strong editing, copywriting skills, and printing experience is preferred.
Salary and Perks
• Part time (up to 30 hours a week)
• $18.81/hr, bi-weekly pay dates

Physical Abilities
• Required to sit, stand, bend, and walk.
• Required to utilize a computer, keyboard, mouse, camera, smart phone when working.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
