Position Purpose

This position serves as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned Non-Alch suppliers and High Country Beverage. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Non-Alch Brand Manager is responsible for executing the annual business plan, achieving sales and distribution goals, and driving retail activation across both High Country Beverage sales divisions for their assigned brands.

 

The Non-Alch Brand Manager is accountable for the P&L performance of assigned suppliers assuring sales volume, distribution, revenue, quality and profit goals are met. This role also includes managing budgets and leveraging strategic plans to maximize brand performance and achieve shared business objectives.

 

Key responsibilities include providing weekly training to High Country Beverage sales staff on brand attributes and effective selling techniques, developing and communicating brand-specific sales initiatives and incentive programs, and integrating supplier marketing programs into High Country Beverage’s sales strategies. The Non-Alch Brand Manager will also monitor key financial and sales metrics and support the sales team in achieving their performance targets.
