  • Associate membership recruitment & retention — expand and engage a diverse roster of members that support Colorado’s skiing and snowboarding industry.
  • Cross-team collaboration & execution — work with marketing, communications, government affairs, and events teams to translate partner agreements into compelling, on-brand activations, while reporting to the Communications Director.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience in business, logistics, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years full-time experience in sales or partnership management.
  • Proven success closing deals and cultivating long-term client/partner relationships.
  • Negotiation & sponsorship packaging — skilled at crafting, pricing, and finalizing partnership agreements that deliver mutual value.
  • Digital marketing collaboration — experience aligning co-branded campaigns, social activations, and content calendars to amplify partner stories.
  • Exceptional organizational, budgeting, customer-service, and project-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strength collaborating in a team environment—listening, ideating, and executing together.
  • Commitment to treating colleagues, partners, members, stakeholders, and customers with respect, fairness, and decency at all times, in person and digitally.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to travel within Colorado.
  • Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
  • Active skier or snowboarder.
