Professional Case Management (PCM) is the leader in providing in home nursing care to clients in our market niche. We are an established yet fast growing healthcare company looking for a successful sales operations leader to help us embark on our next growth phase. In this newly created position, you will assist Senior Sales Leadership in driving performance management within the Sales Organization. You will serve as the conduit between sales analytics and field and inside sales management to fully leverage end-to-end process in the sales funnel. From day one, you will work closely with sales analytics to understand our sales coverage, sales plan opportunities, and underpenetrated categories. You will then translate that strategic sales insight into actionable tactics and assist sales management in driving results and opening new categories/accounts/markets. Given PCM’s long post-sale onboarding process, you will also lead the effort to work jointly with clinical operations to ensure that prospects are moving along the funnel, and to request sales resources to assist as needed.
