Inside Sales Executive

Our inside sales executives play a fundamental role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth objectives in a booming market. Most target clients are in start-up or fast-growth mode and most do not have sophisticated marketing or trade show expertise. You will spend time working with these clients to help them determine the best marketing mix to optimize their ROI with MJBiz platforms. Leads are primarily incoming and are qualified prior to being handed off to the sales team.

Director, Marketing Programs

The primary responsibilities of the Director, Marketing Programs, relate to the hands-on management of USMEF’s international marketing program planning and development process. These responsibilities include collaborating closely with USMEF’s international office and Denver staff in the development of USMEF’s strategic marketing proposal; and supervising the Program Evaluation & Planning staff. In addition, this position will have responsibility for the marketing aspects of the contact database and other projects as needed. In carrying out these responsibilities, the Director, Marketing Programs, will work closely with other members of the USMEF staff in Denver and the international offices.

Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of CSCUSA’s programs designed to support participation in and growth of winter sports, including the 5th and 6th Grade Passport program, Gold Pass program, Gems program, and other membership efforts. The Program Manager also supervises a three-person seasonal staff to provide customer service and fulfillment for all programs. Having strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to streamline processes are key attributes needed for this role. Strong verbal and written communication skills and previous experience with sales, event management and customer service are part of the daily tasks with this position. The Program Manager also is the lead for planning and executing the annual Snow Conference. As a member of a three-person marketing team, a willingness to assist with all other facets of the organization’s marketing efforts as a team-player are critical. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
