Executive Director

The Chamber of Commerce Executive Director is responsible for the full range of
Chamber and Visitor Center activities and coordination of the Chamber’s program of work. The
Executive Director plays a role in supporting the Chamber Members as well as the day-to-day
operations of the Visitor’s Center and Chamber. The Executive Director is responsible for the
direction of staff, volunteers and all Chamber committees in the implementation of programs

Project Coordinator

Sr. Specialist: Executive Strategic Planning

Support the COO, VPs and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of Vail Resorts Retail (VRR) in engaging and collaborating with the Executive Committee (EC) and other senior leaders to develop, define, and build on ideas and corporate priorities, with particular focus on ensuring high quality and effective time management by the SLT. Provides Senior Executive-level planning and project support to the SLT for VRR with a demonstrated ability to accomplish goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. This role is responsible for supporting the SLT in project management, event planning, executive assistance, public relations, planning and in accordance with VRR goals, projects, and initiatives.

The Market Development Executive is an experienced digital advertising sales consultant responsible for helping BBB Accredited Businesses gain additional exposure and added value of being an Accredited Business through participation in BBB’s Community Sponsorship Programs, including BBB’s co-branding advertising programs. The Market Development Executive engages in daily high volume phone calls and email outreach to BBB Accredited Businesses, and works with the VP of Business Development to refine program strategy to achieve maximum penetration in online advertising on BBB’s local website.

Onboarding Specialist

Primarily responsible for the successful onboarding of our restaurant partners the OBS will configure our Guest Center, Connect and other applications for restaurant use, customize the software for each restaurant using a consultative approach, and deliver training to key staff. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the onboarding process. You will lead the restaurant from initial sale through configuration to initial training and go-live. All of this will be done remotely using various tools and procedures designed to guide the restaurant through the process. The OBS is part of a global team charged with setting each restaurant up for success with OpenTable. They will be measured on the speed, volume and quality of each implementation based on a set of goals and benchmarked against others in the team.
