For the last 22 years, IMS has grown 10–40% year over year through referrals, high-touch service, and exceptional training experiences and results. Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist owns the strategy, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns that generate awareness, drive qualified leads, and support measurable company growth. This role requires someone who is equal parts tactician and executor.

You will tweak and test funnels, craft email campaigns, manage marketing automation, collaborate with paid advertising vendors, and create content that inspires engagement and conversion, all while tracking analytics and remaining nimble. Most importantly, you will deeply understand our training, our audience, and our brand so you can develop campaigns that truly resonate.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Automation (HubSpot)

  • Develop, build, and optimize email campaigns, nurture sequences, and marketing automation workflows in HubSpot.
  • Segment audiences to increase engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Create copy and content aligned with the IMS brand voice and mission.
  • Oversee and analyze email analytics and pivot accordingly.

Sales Funnel & Campaign Development (ClickFunnels)

  • Measure and tweak pages, offers, photos, etc to create high-converting funnels that move prospects from awareness → engagement → purchase.
  • Architect, update, and tweak landing pages in ClickFunnels, CTAs, lead magnets, tripwires, and webinar funnels based on analytics and results.
  • Track funnel performance and optimize continuously for conversion.

Paid Advertising Oversight (Meta)

  • Collaborate and partner with external agencies/vendors executing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Provide recommendations, content direction, and performance expectations.
  • Ensure ads drive qualified, converting traffic to our sales pages—not just impressions.

Social Media Strategy & Content

  • Work with our external partners to create and manage social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Write compelling copy, coordinate asset development, and track performance.
  • Support social initiatives tied to launches, brand campaigns, and the IMS content calendar.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership, the sales team, and operations to ensure marketing campaigns accurately reflect our offerings.
  • Deeply engage with IMS training and curriculum to understand the product at a mastery level.
  • Help build the foundation for a scalable, repeatable, data-driven marketing machine.

Requirements

  • 3+ years digital marketing experience
  • HubSpot certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Experience building landing pages in ClickFunnels
  • High-level proficiency in Google Suite
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with conversion top of mind
  • Highly organized with excellent time management
  • Passion for personal development and learning new things
  • Must attend foundational IMS training programs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Base salary is $60,000 – $70,000/year with opportunity for profit-sharing on conversions.
