Description

DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | 1.0 FTE | Benefits Eligible
Hybrid / Denver, CO (primarily in-office, especially during onboarding)

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is the day-to-day steward of RiNo Art District’s digital presence — a creative, organized executor responsible for ensuring our work, events, partners, and places are clearly and consistently represented across digital channels.

This role handles the execution of digital communications and marketing, including social media, email marketing, website updates, paid digital campaigns, and the digital fulfillment of sponsorship and partner visibility commitments. The position translates strategy into action, ensuring that content is published on time, platforms remain current, campaigns are executed accurately, and organizational partners are represented with care and consistency.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the Marketing Director, who provides strategic direction, campaign planning, and editorial guidance. This role does not set overall marketing or fundraising strategy, but plays a critical role in carrying those strategies into public-facing execution.

This position is funded for one year, with a planned evaluation near the end of the year to assess continuation based on organizational needs, performance, and available resources. Transparency about this timeline is core to how we approach this role.

About RiNo Art District
