About the Role
The Marketing Manager is a hands-on, execution-driven role responsible for building, managing, and optimizing digital marketing programs that support both the 8z brand and our agents’ businesses.
This role is ideal for a marketer with real estate or agent-based marketing experience who understands how independent sales professionals operate and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll own day-to-day digital communications, email campaigns, and agent marketing programs, ensuring everything we put into the market is clear, consistent, and on brand.
This is not a purely strategic role. You will be building, managing, and executing.
What You’ll Do
Digital Communications & Email Marketing

Build and deploy company-wide and agent-specific email campaigns, newsletters, and automated drip programs

Own execution inside Rechat, ensuring campaigns are accurate, timely, and effective

Maintain and optimize automated workflows that support onboarding, Sphere marketing, and agent engagement
Agent Marketing Programs

Support agent onboarding and ongoing marketing initiatives with templates, guidance, and best practices

Manage the 8z Hyperlocal program and agent websites, ensuring content is current, compliant, and aligned with brand standards

Create repeatable systems that help agents market themselves consistently and professionally
Brand Execution

Create and manage digital assets including email templates, presentations, and marketing graphics

Ensure all materials reflect the 8z brand with consistency and polish

Use Canva (or similar tools) to produce clean, on-brand designs without heavy oversight
Collaboration & Platform Management

Serve as a liaison between the Marketing team, agents, and external partners (social media strategists, vendors, platforms)

Maintain and optimize marketing tools and platforms to ensure adoption and performance

Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader marketing and business initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
-
2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or agent-focused marketing
-
Real estate marketing experience strongly preferred, especially supporting agents or independent sales professionals

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, CRM, or automation tools (Rechat experience is a plus)

Experience managing websites or CMS platforms

Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and consistency

Strong visual judgment and hands-on design experience; Canva proficiency preferred

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
