🚀 Shape the executive voice of a global cloud marketplace

This is a highly senior executive communications leadership role partnering directly with Pax8’s CEO and executive leadership. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how Pax8 shows up in the market, guiding the CEO’s narrative across high‑visibility moments as the company continues its AI‑led growth journey.

🌍 Culture, collaboration and where we’re headed

At Pax8, we build meaningful relationships, challenge convention, and move fast with purpose. Executive communications is central to aligning our people, partners, and industry around where we’re going next. You’ll join a collaborative, high‑performing communications ecosystem that values clarity, creativity, and impact.

🧭 What you’ll lead
🗣 CEO narrative and thought leadership
Partner closely with the CEO and communications leadership to shape and evolve a clear, credible, and differentiated executive voice. Translate company strategy and market insight into compelling frameworks and stories that reinforce Pax8’s strategic narrative.
🎤 Executive communications strategy and planning
Lead the planning and coordination of executive communications across keynote presentations, major speeches, bylined content, executive social channels, media engagements, analyst briefings, partner and customer moments, and internal leadership communications.
🎯 Preparation for high‑stakes moments
Personally prepare the CEO for Pax8’s most critical internal and external engagements, including industry conferences, media interviews, analyst briefings, board presentations, investor conversations, leadership meetings, and company‑wide events.
📘 Board and governance communications
Support the CEO with senior‑level preparation for governance and executive communications, including board pre‑reads, presentations, talk tracks, and briefing materials. Ensure narrative alignment between board communications and external messaging, with final editorial review of high‑stakes materials.
🎼 Voice stewardship and message alignment
Act as the steward of the CEO’s voice across all channels. Review and refine executive communications, set editorial standards, ensure alignment with PR and marketing narratives, and prevent message drift across internal and external communications.
🤝 Cross‑functional coordination
Serve as the central coordination point across global communications, strategic content, marketing, PR and analyst relations, events teams, executive leadership, and external agencies. Help prioritise opportunities and focus the CEO’s time and voice where they deliver the greatest impact.

🎯 The impact you’ll make

Your work will ensure the CEO’s voice becomes a clear, trusted signal across the Pax8 ecosystem — shaping industry conversations, strengthening relationships with partners and customers, aligning internal teams, and reinforcing Pax8’s strategic direction at scale.

🧠 What you bring
