Dental Lifeline Network is the only national nonprofit organization that provides access to donated comprehensive dental treatment for people with disabilities or who are elderly or medically fragile. Your organization and attention to detail, and communication skills will help more deserving patients be served. 

We are currently seeking applications for a Marketing & Volunteer Engagement Assistant. 

You will work with us in our national headquarters, just two blocks away from Union Station in downtown Denver with convenient access to public transportation. 

What will you be doing? 

This position supports our vision to change and save the lives of more people through increasing and energizing the organization’s national volunteer base and strategies to assist more people. 

The primary functions of this position include: 

· Assisting with data collection and maintenance through our internal database and Customer Relationship Management systems. 

· Creating and maintaining lists and reports to support volunteer and marketing tracking and partnership outcomes 

· Provide general administrative support for partnerships, volunteer engagement, and team operations. 

· Assisting with drafting, scheduling and managing email communications through Constant Contact 

· Supporting communications related to special projects  

· Supporting the team in gathering pictures and writing content for storytelling 

· Assisting with logistics for volunteer recognition initiatives 

· Supporting retention and new volunteer onboarding activities 

· Assisting with ordering awards, recognition gifts, and event supplies 

What We Need 

· At least 2 years of general office experience;  

· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; 

· Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to be self-motivated and disciplined. 

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel; 

· Willingness to work hard, collaborate with others and have fun too; 

· A passion toward DLN’s mission of helping those who are disabled, elderly, or medically fragile receive dental care is required. 

Preferred Skills: 

· Experience with Access, Salesforce, Donor Perfect and SQL 

· Previous work in a nonprofit setting  

· Experience in customer service or marketing preferred
