Summary
We're a small, close-knit sales agency with over 40 years of established relationships, representing gift and apparel lines sold to National Park concessionaires and specialty retailers. Every product we sell ends up in the hands of a park visitor taking home a memory from one of America's most iconic places. It's a niche, feel-good business — and we're looking for one great person to grow with us.
Description
About The Role
You'll work directly with the owner and one fellow inside sales rep, managing existing accounts and developing new business across our territory. This is a fully remote, Colorado-based position with a flexible schedule, ideal for someone who loves building customer relationships, thrives on staying organized, and wants a sales role that's a little different from the rest. We are a small team – that means you'll wear many hats, have real ownership over your work, and make a genuine impact from day one.
What You’ll Do
-
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular email and phone outreach
-
Generate and close new business opportunities
-
Provide excellent customer support and timely problem resolution
-
Track sales activity, customer insights, and opportunities effectively
-
Collaborate closely with the owner and inside sales team
-
Attend 2 trade shows per year in the Denver area
What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years in inside sales, account management, or customer support
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented — this is a must, not a nice-to-have
-
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home
-
Strong Excel skills (required) and tech-savvy enough to pick up new platforms and CRM systems quickly
-
A "wear many hats" mindset — we're a small business and everyone pitches in
Compensation & Benefits
-
Base salary of $55,000 (full-time) plus new customer commission and team performance bonuses — total target compensation $60,000–$70,000
-
Part-time option at a prorated salary and flexible hours.
-
Fully remote after an initial onboarding period (expect 1–2 in-person meetups per week for the first 2 months in the Colorado Front Range area, then fully remote)
- Paid holidays and PTO
- We are a small business and do not currently offer health insurance. We are open to exploring a 401k plan as the team grows.
How to Apply
Please attach your resume and include a brief cover letter (no more than one page) that tells us two things:
-
Why this role and industry interest you
-
What system you use to stay organized and on top of follow-ups in a busy sales environment
We are a small, detail-oriented team and your cover letter is our first impression of how you work. Applications without a cover letter or with the wrong subject line will not be reviewed.
